Anna and SteveBorn and raised in the small rural town of Molena, Georgia, Steve McCrary has farming and gardening in his blood.  A fourth-generation farmer, Steve attributes his passion and love for gardening to his father, Buck McCrary. As a young child, he spent countless hours in his father’s garden and developed a healthy respect for the gardening process. Today, Steve continues the family’s farming tradition with McCrary Farms. Open year round, McCrary Farms provides homegrown and naturally fresh produce, herbs, plants, and flowers.

Visit us each Saturday from April to October at the Market-on-the-Square in Zebulon (8:00 a.m. – noon).

Anna Garvey works with Steve in the garden and greenhouse to ensure there are fresh vegetables and produce available throughout the year. A native Georgian, Anna is passionate about the “whole food movement” and locally-grown, all natural produce. She enjoys spreading the word and teaching others about her gardening philosophy. When she’s not on the farm, you can find Anna at local markets including those in Peachtree City and McDonough.
